"Death Before Dessert" is Kilfeather's 18th collection of musical madness and marks the 7th album recorded in Las Vegas with Black Camaro's Brian Garth. The writing style of this record was haphazardly influenced by proto Death Rock pioneers such as The Doors, Iggy Pop & The Stooges, Misfits, The Cramps and also Psychedelic Freakout artists like Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, Jay Reatard, & Oh Sees.

Death is the recurring theme of DBD and is all around us. Every day we stare at the clock face of life and know that with every step is one closer to our bitter end. No matter what differences we all may have throughout the cosmos, we all share one thing in common and that is Death.

The time to live is now.
